Ki.inc（以下「当社」）は、アプリ「Ki」（以下「本アプリ」）を使う方の情報を、次のとおり扱います。本アプリは、アカウントの登録を求めません。あなたの記録は端末の中だけに保存し、広告や、行動の追跡は行いません。

1. 端末の中に保存する情報

本アプリは、次の情報をあなたの端末の中だけに保存します。当社のサーバーへは送りません。

  • 坐禅・瞑想の記録（日時、長さ、選んだ音）、四国遍路の歩み、各プログラムの進み
  • おみくじ・御朱印・禅の絵解きの記録、お気に入り
  • 設定（音、通知の時刻、文字の大きさ、言語など）と、プライバシーに関する同意の状態
  • 記録を端末ごとに分けるための識別子（端末の中で作る乱数で、外へは送りません）

これらは、端末のバックアップ（iCloud など）に含まれることがあります。本アプリを削除すると、端末の中の記録はすべて消えます。

2. 外部との通信

本アプリは、次の目的でだけ外部と通信します。通信先には、通信のしくみとして端末の IP アドレスなどが届きますが、当社がそれを使ってあなたを特定することはありません。

  • 音源・お知らせの取得：環境音の音源と、アプリ内のお知らせを、当社の配信先（cdn.ki-japan.app、Cloudflare, Inc. の配信網）から取得します。
  • 書体の取得：画面の一部の書体を、Google LLC の Google Fonts から取得します。
  • 購入：有料プランの購入と確認は、Apple（App Store）または Google（Google Play）が行います。当社が受け取るのは「有料プランが有効かどうか」と有効期間だけで、氏名や支払い情報は受け取りません。Android では、Google Play の課金のしくみが、Google へ動作の記録を送ることがあります。
  • 外部のサイト：浮世絵の所蔵館などへのリンクを開くと、その先のサイトの方針が適用されます。

3. 端末の機能の使い方

  • モーションセンサー：おみくじの箱を振る、端末を伏せて坐るといった操作を見分けるために使います。値は端末の中で使うだけで、保存も送信もしません。
  • 近接センサー：端末を伏せて坐るあいだ、画面を消すために使います。
  • 通知：坐禅の終わりの鐘や、あなたが設定した時刻の知らせのために使います。通知は端末の中で予約し、許可したときにだけ届きます。
  • 時刻と地域：朝・昼・夕・夜や季節の移ろいを表すために、端末のタイムゾーンを使います。位置情報の許可は求めません。
  • 共有：画像などを共有するときは、あなたが選んだときにだけ、端末の共有の画面を開きます。

4. 集めない情報

当社は、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、位置情報、連絡先、写真、広告用の識別子を集めません。利用状況の解析や、不具合の情報を自動で集めるしくみも入れていません。あなたの情報を第三者へ販売・提供することもありません。

5. お問い合わせのとき

メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合は、いただいたメールアドレスと内容を、お返事のためにだけ使います。

6. このポリシーの変更

本アプリの機能に合わせて、このポリシーを改めることがあります。大きく変えるときは、本アプリのお知らせでお伝えします。

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Ki.inc (“we”) handles information in the app “Ki” (“the App”). The App does not ask you to create an account. Your records stay on your device only, and we do not show ads or track what you do.

1. Information kept on your device

The App keeps the following only on your device. It is not sent to our servers.

  • Your sitting and meditation records (date, length, chosen sound), your progress on the Shikoku pilgrimage and in each program
  • Your omikuji, goshuin and Zen-in-Ukiyo-e records, and your favorites
  • Your settings (sounds, reminder times, text size, language and so on) and your privacy consent choices
  • An identifier used to keep records apart on the device (a random value made on the device and never sent anywhere)

This information may be included in your device backups (such as iCloud). Deleting the App removes all of it from the device.

2. Connections the App makes

The App connects to outside services only for the purposes below. As with any connection, these services receive technical details such as your device’s IP address; we do not use them to identify you.

  • Sounds and announcements: ambient recordings and in-app announcements are downloaded from our delivery service (cdn.ki-japan.app, on Cloudflare, Inc.’s network).
  • Fonts: some typefaces are downloaded from Google Fonts, a service of Google LLC.
  • Purchases: subscriptions are bought and verified through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We only learn whether a plan is active and when it ends — never your name or payment details. On Android, Google Play’s billing system may send diagnostic logs to Google.
  • Other websites: when you open a link, for example to a museum that holds a print, that site’s own policy applies.

3. Device features

  • Motion sensors: used to recognize gestures such as shaking the omikuji box or placing the phone face down to sit. The readings are used on the device only and are never stored or sent.
  • Proximity sensor: used to turn the screen off while you sit with the phone face down.
  • Notifications: used for the bell at the end of a sit and for reminders at times you choose. They are scheduled on the device and arrive only if you allow them.
  • Time and region: the device’s time zone is used to show the time of day and the seasons. The App never asks for your location.
  • Sharing: the system share sheet opens only when you choose to share something.

4. What we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or advertising identifiers. The App contains no usage analytics and no automatic crash reporting. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

5. When you contact us

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App changes. If we make a significant change, we will let you know through the App’s announcements.
